Yes. Every project is reviewed first so the quote reflects the garment's construction, fabric, condition, and the requested fit or redesign.
A deposit of 30 percent is required for approved redesign projects before work begins. The remaining balance is settled at collection.
Turnaround depends on the garment and the scope of work. Redesign projects are usually scheduled within 10 to 20 business days after approval, subject to workshop capacity.
Supplementary materials are quoted separately when needed, and any additional work is only carried out after approval.
